Course Objectives The aim of this course is to have knowledge in the light of basic regulations and judicial decisions regarding the law on the protection of personal data.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the basic concepts of personal data protection law.
  • Discuss the basic principles of personal data protection law.
  • Criticize the legal regulations related to the personal data.
  • Interpret judicial decisions related to the protection of personal data.
  • Analyze the problems related to the protection of personal data.
Course Description This course includes topics of giving information about the regulations on personal data protection law and analyzing the case law and opinions in the doctrine.
